Nelson Bostock lands Arctic account
Jim McNeil: Artic explorer
Chloe Markowicz 17-Nov-08
Nelson Bostock Communications has been brought in to boost the profile of a scientific initiative in the Arctic.
The Ice Warrior Project was founded by veteran explorer Jim McNeil, a former Royal firefighter.
It was founded to conduct scientific work on global climate change in the Arctic.
The technology division of Nelson Bostock will be leading the account and the win marks a move by the agency to expand its remit within the technology sector.
Nelson Bostock will be promoting McNeill's expedition to the Arctic in 2010.
The agency will be recruiting sponsors for the Ice Warrior Project and promoting current sponsors, which include Motorola and P&G Beauty. It will also be raising awareness of climate change concerns.
