Agency to boost Panasonic competition
Panasonic: 'Next Generation Talent'
Matt Cartmell 21-Nov-08
Panasonic has called in agency help to support its 'Next Generation Talent' campaign.
Onlinefire will promote the nationwide competition which asks arts, media and creative students to respond to a brief to create a film, storyboard or print ad to promote Panasonic’s Viera PZ81 Home Hub TV.
Panasonic have decided in principle to use the winning ad to complement its next Viera campaign.
Onlinefire, part of consumer agency Eulogy, will engage the social media circuit by bringing in a select panel of influential bloggers and online journalists to judge the entries before turning the final vote out to the public in December.
After public voting on the competition web site, the winner will be announced in a highly targeted social media campaign, reaching out to influencers in the arts, design, advertising and ‘cool hunting’ online communities.
